This is specific to spiritual liberation, but think of the following quote out of its original context and transplanted into the context of fitness:

>The inferior intelligence will always accuse the superior intelligence of cheating. That's its way of saving face: "You beat me by means that weren't fair!"

Sound familiar?

Are LLMs any good at making custom workouts? I asked chatgpt to produce a workout with specific constraints, such as no gym equipment at all, and it looks good on the surface. I haven't been to the gym in years and I'm no expert, can any rip-your-toe wannabe give this a quick one over and sanity check for me? Thanks.

This plan is built around:

Push movements (chest, shoulders, triceps)
Pull movements (back, biceps) using household substitutes
Legs (quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves)

Not just from AI, but with all advice and instruction from anyone and anything (including ITP) do your best to follow this three-step info-gainz program:

1. Verify
2. Verify
3. Verify

If you're not cross-referencing and making decisions from sources without contradictions and with explanatory power, if you're not using common sense and discernment to figure out who is a sensible and knowledgeable person who knows better than you and thus it'd be a good idea to listen (you don't improve anything by listening to your equals; average advice = average results) and in the case of strength and health why would you listen to fitness advice from someone who isn't fit (like probably near-100% of "ethical" programmers behind whatever LLM spat out that probable misinformation based on censored posts from Big Social Six as unpopular and inconvenient truths are often buried by search engine algorithms), then You're Not Doing The Program.

Next time some jelly faggot bitches at you for something like TRT being fake natty or whatever, ask them if that's how they feel about taking anti-depressants for depression, mood-stabilizers for bipolar, or the ADHD to take legal amphetamine (lucky bastards). It's not "natty" for the depressed to be happy, it's not "natty" for the bipolar to chill the fuck out, it's not "natty" for the ADHD to not have a squirrel for a pre-frontal cortex, and it's not "natty" for your test levels to be so raped by microplastics and xenoestrogens (Alex Jones was right again!) that your "natty" test is at the level of a 2-yo girl at 30. Know what else isn't "natty"? Clothes. Cars. Phones. Internet. Education. Makeup. Deodorant. Weapons other than your bare hands. Governments and corporations. Law and order. Language other than grunting like a neanderthal. Campfires. The wheel. Religion. Philosophy. Morality and ethics. The gym. tl;dr thank them for the compliment of jealousy-based name-calling, because that means you're making it, bro.

The only thing that worked for me after 5 years of trying was adressing my night time OCD. Then, flushing out any urge before they growth too big. "I can control it, just let me test it" the answer on a deep level has to be no.
Also, a bit of luck helped, so Good Luck to anyone trying to quit.
It's getting easier to resist this and junk food, not with self-judgmental "it's bad for me" but a far more practical "doesn't really do anything, I don't like how I feel afterwards, so why bother?" Much easier to let things fall away from me by simply not caring than to "let go". I admit I fapped this morning, but in my justification I wasn't enthusiastic (had an attitude of "this is so stupid and pointless") and wasn't even having that much fun, but was forcing myself just to make the horny quit distracting me. These episodes are getting further and further apart, and I'm feeling less and less guilty for "relapsing" as I'm worrying about it less and less. It'll go away on its own.
Sometimes the fire need be put out before you can go hunting for the faulty wiring that keeps sparking and setting shit ablaze. And like any other harmful habit ("addiction" is too loaded with unhelpful connotations and implications), the first step is education:

https://www.yourbrainonporn.com/miscellaneous-resources/start-here-evolution-has-not-prepared-your-brain-for-todays-porn/

https://www.mentalhealth.com/library/the-brains-of-porn-addicts

https://drtrishleigh.com/how-porn-impacts-the-brain/

Best of luck keeping the fires to a minimum so you have a chance to dig around for the source of your suffering. No need to try and stop it entirely right away, It'll go away on its own especially if you build back better habits.

If you anrennt eating protein soup you aren’t getting gainz. If you aren’t getting gainz I got nothing for you.

Protein soup:
Put milk (protein) in big pot and boil
Add protein powder (chocolate for maximum flavor)
Take cottage cheese and roll in whey until you get spheres
Add spheres to protein soup
Enjoy protein soup

Not OP, but it's not as crazy as it sounds. Creamed and cottage cheese often go with recipes where whipped cream gets substituted or used along with it, and chocolate goes with these three. A dirt cake, which you've probably had before, is an example of you eating cheese with chocolate without probably noticing such the texture and taste gets changed a lot when frozen, baked, or cooked.

What is the quickest and easiest way to gaslight myself into liking vegetables?
Replies: >>2231 >>2260 >>2289
>>2230
if you mean "vegetables only" cook them right, season and salt them lightly and they'll taste good. if you mean in general, just stick them in the middle of a stew and you'll hardly notice. if you have some kind of particular mental rejection of them, you could try some kind of nuclear shock therapy like, forcing yourself to eat the worst (in your opinion) possible tasting vegetable, and then after you're so disgusted that you can't have any more try some other better tasting one, which by comparison will taste way better. this is all I can come up off the top of my head idk I like veggies.
>>2230
I like to bake the likes of spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. until they're crispy but not burnt, and then mix them into eggs and fry. Surely fresh produce has more nutrition, but baked is better than not at all I suppose. Also, some veggies are better fried like tomato. Fresh tomato is disgusting but "homemade ketchup" is da bomb compared to that red sugar goo that comes in plastic bottles and packets.
Who would have thought that a religious leader 2500+ years ago vouched for OMAD? Tiny part of a much longer discourse that began with, of all things, a stern admonishment against simping:

>Then the Buddha said: "Mendicants, I used to be satisfied with the mendicants. Once, I addressed them:

>"'I eat my food in one sitting per day. Doing so, I find that I'm healthy and well, nimble, strong, and living comfortably. You too should eat your food in one sitting per day. Doing so, you'll find that you're healthy and well, nimble, strong, and living comfortably.'

>I didn't have to keep on instructing those mendicants; I just had to prompt their mindfulness...."

This is Grizzly, your overlord. I am aware that this board has been dead for quite some time, and that is my fault. I have been very busy with life's endless stream of bullshit and as a result have fallen behind in not just my lifting, but every other meaningful thing I've wanted to do with my life as well. Now that I'm working back into a manageable schedule, I'd like to use this thread for a little experiment.
This thread (and hopefully the ones that come after it) will be a daily journal for anons to chronologue their fitness journeys. After each workout, post what you did, how long you did it, what you did it with, and anything else that happened that pertains to fitness. There is already a similar thread like this one >>32 focused on running, but I would like to expand the workout journal idea to all forms involved, including lifting, cardio, dieting, and anything else that may be of interest to fellow /fit/izens. Yes, it is blogposting and I will not attempt to disguise it as anything else. But it's a good way for anons to share advice with each other on maximizing gainz and bringing up the PPH for the board as a whole.
So with all that being said, tell us about your workout today. You DID lift today, right?

I thought about making a thread for fat fucks like myself. I recently started to lose weight myself after eating like shit for over a decade. Nothing fancy so far. Just meat, chicken and well mayba pasta or spaghetti. Like i said, nothing fancy. Its a bit difficult making recipes on a diet. Sure theres some recipes out there and ive tried a few but most turn out like shit and the calories dont seem to match up to what the recipe claims. I thought maybe us fellow fat fucks could share some tips and or recipes thats good for losing weight. Anyways. Heres my progress so far. Im getting kind of tired of eating the same shit over and over. So im starting to look into some recipes. I tried checking out mealprepmanual and that was where i ran into my problems of calories not matching what i cooked. I put togehter the recipe in cronometer and it came out like 1000 or something calories per portion when the recipe said that it would be around 700 or so calories. I dont know alot about weight loss but here some things i can recommend if you want to start
Get a calorie tracker app. I personally use cronometer because its free and it has macro tracking for free. Theres probably tons of apps out there that do the same but it just works and its popular enough that i dont have to manually scan alot of time barcodes.
Also get a gram weight scale. One of those cheap things drug dealers use. And get a normal weight scale for your normal food stuff. Its just that ive noticed some recipes in pa

Actually people who think that milk is bad are a minority of weirdos, the thing with milk and dairy products is that they're overrated, every single doctor suggest to drink milk and dairy products, and for example, i don't know how is on the states, but in my country the usual breakfast for a kid is a glass of milk with cocoa powder (like nesquik) and that's sold as something healthy (when you grow older you just switch to coffee, which is very unhealthy), when is not, some people think that giving kids tons of milk will improve their health, when in fact, dairy will only make you fat. You are supposed to do exercise to build the muscle, that's when milk and proteins actually help. For kids and babies, the best is to only drink water.

The lobby of the food pyramid did a lot of damage.
Dunno if this should be posted ITT but I figured it'd be something to consider for fatasses like me who might be afraid of eggs:

My "bad cholesterol" today was about 70. Anything below about 130 is healthy, according to my cardiologist I saw today. She was astonished when I told her I've been eating 6-12 whole eggs nearly daily for at least a year now, AND I'm morbidly obese! Maybe it's because I only eat organic ones?

But anyway: don't be afraid of eggs. Or something like 2lb of grass-fed ground beef or chicken thighs or whatever. By the way, mixing eggs with ground beef is delish, especially if it's 93/7 or 95/5 venison. If a hamplanet like me can have cholesterol that low then there's nothing to be afraid of. And yes, all this fat and protein is really helping me control my hunger while slowly but surely dropping the adipose tissues. Now if only I didn't have such bad back problems that I could do harder cardio.
Not advice but encouragement: when I was obese, it was "Don't touch me! Don't look at me! Don't be anywhere near me!" and then I got slim (not even all that fit) and suddenly the exact same behaviors were "Wby'd you stop? Where you going, come back!" While fat I could be nice and nobody respected me, but on the way to fit even passing through my skinnyfat phase I could treat her like crap and she'd come back for more. They only throw down boundaries before betas.
If you are hungry and you think eating a massive pizza by yourself is the solution, so not do it. Eat something healthy instead.

You would not believe how addictive slathering scrambled eggs with veggies (I do about 12oz / ~340g frozen veg, well-baked before adding 6 to 8 whole eggs on a low and slow heat) with plain full-fat Greek yogurt. The best Greek yogurt (flavor and nutrition) is homemade strained with cheese cloth and so on (especially if you make it with grass-fed milk), and way cheaper than storebought! Who needs artificially-minmaxed factory flavors when this is not only tastier, but also a protein + fats (for dem satiety gainz, perfect for lardos), fiber (also for dat fullness), and micronutrient bomb?

Spice things up by mixing in something like salsa or mustard into the eggs before scrambling, which here in smalltown-fatmerica at least are some of the very few CHEAP condiments that aren't full of way too much nutrition-stripped salt (sea/pink salt good) and/or sugar (brightly-colored fruit full of antioxidants and fiber is your friend, the real reason your body craves sweetness) and/or lots of other chemical lab sounding ingredients. Though like nearly all food (like bread!) it's way better (flavor, nutrition, cost...) if you roll your own in bulk.
