>most classes with a medic can beat a heavy without a medic, so play medic if there isn't one or the current medic is a bot and it's being retarded
>fire is more dangerous than vanilla, without piss/cumjars to douse yourself the only way to stop the damage is to find water, find a medkit or get a pyro to airblast you
>pyro players are credit to team because of this
>engi can be demoralizing because of the new tools that can delete your shit (AA gun, RPG, dynamite) but level 3 sentries will still wreck ass and teleporters/jump pads are still the lifesavers they've always been, just place smart and don't waste metal upgrading buildings you know you'll abandon
>dynamite is fantastic at area denial if you suck at sticky placement, but don't expect to get a ton of kills with it outside of buildings or a very lucky throw onto the payload
>nailgun is inferior to a meatshot from the scattergun but if you can't meatshot that doesn't matter, also the Boston mating dance taunt is amazing
>the spy's facestab gun seems busted on paper but if you're in a position to use it you're either going to die or could get away with a backstab anyway, still good for trolling through
>the sanic watch on the other hand is awesome and practically mandatory for making spy work on lowpop servers like this one
>on that note, don't be afraid to counterpick classes to deal with what the other team is dishing out (spy or demo vs engi nests, heavy vs explosive spam)
>playing cuntsman sniper is very dangerous without the razorback's extra health
>don't forget basic mechanics like hitscan shots removing stickies and airblasts knocking players AND things like stickies back, the life you save could be your own
