Let's see the grocery list:

* Connects to the internet behind your back (checks for updates, uploads telemetry, phones home)
* Big and slow and incompatible with old operating systems FOR NO GOOD REASON other than devs' pwecious time and cumfart
* Huge codebase with a million dependencies and a trillion acres of attack surface and a gorillion bugs to be fixed NEVER
* Documentation is online so FUCK YOU if you're not connected
* Some even have the gall to open the web browser from the ADMINISTRATOR account when you uninstall them

Twenty years ago these problems weren't so widespread. Fuck all software developers! The whole lot of you! You have gotten worse at your craft and you have failed the user. You should be paid in accordance to how efficient, performant and bug-free your software is. Meaning barely at all, fuckers!

What you listed is only a small part of the problem. Corporations outsourcing to pajeets are responsible. Software that follows proper form is rare outside of niche circles. Software developers are forced to blindly follow orders to keep their jobs. It's an extremely depressing and demoralizing job. Salespeople and marketers make everything cancerous. Software developers are forced to implement technical debt and bloat in order to make themselves more difficult to replace. It's rare to meet someone working as a software developer that knows or cares about it.

So why would you not use Linux like a real human? no one forces you to use Windows. other than some ancient shit software that is required for work in some places.
pro tip any game with anti cheat is not worth playing in the first place because you are nothing more than a hamster in a wheel chasing a drip feed while they do bare minimum about cheaters with a shoe string budget
which the time you spent could have been used on something actually worthwhile than what is essentially jerking off for hours feeling nothing
Use better software, lmao.
>incompatible with old operating systems
This happens because they use Microsoft build tools and libraries. Updating the tool will make the programs it outputs incompatible with old systems, so they have no control over it. 99.99% of human population will think their software is dead and obsolete if it hasn't had an update in the last 4 days, so it is literally and physically impossible for them not to update it. But realistically the fault lies with Microsoft, everyone's programs would work in Windows XP if Microsoft wasn't full of kikes and jeets who break compatibility on purpose.

That's just compiled programs though, which make up about 2% of modern software. The other 98% is just repackaged google chrome, so if chrome drops compatibility then so will 98% of all software on earth.

Then do it.
Or what, you can't?
you see a lot of left-wingers and normalcattle blaming bots and A.I for the destruction of the internet and tech, but the obvious culprits are pajeets and clueless politicians and CEO's, a lot of apps and manufactured objects (cars, airplanes, phones) that don't need any updating or re-design are being modified just in the name of “progress” and end up becoming worse than previous versions.
pajeets not only destroyed things by being devs, but also by just existing, look how many horrible apps get five stars thanks to pajeets, while the rest of the world is complaining that it keeps getting worse.

It's a deeper rooted issue than that. Social media and opening the web with smartphones was one of the worst mistakes we could have happened.

If you want to go that far, I would say the internet has ruined the internet.

Social media has made itself the only way that humans communicate, this both makes it the problem and makes it necessary to use it even if you think it's a problem.

Actually, it's not me and it's not pedantic to label them as such when the label (i.e. not your autistic personal defintion so you can feel special) fits, but good to see you showed up to cry about it.
