But its pretty much intuitive and you can learn the hotkeys as you go.

Since some anons on the other thread have shown interest, I'm open to play some board games this weekend.
Accepting suggestions if you want to play anything specific.

No mic needed. Everything can be played through turns and in-game chat.

Never visited that board. They dont have a thread for simulators, so I take they dont have interest.
In my experience, fa/tg/uys tend not to like TTS or the myriad board game simulators since the hobby is also physical (and a expensive one at that).
Most of the games fa/tg/uys play have their own contained simulator (yugioh/mtg/wargames) or platform (several VTT for rpgs)
So this is mostly vydia.

Games can be taught in-game in 10 or 15 minutes depending on the complexity if you dont mind reading chat (I can teach some I know). 
All the rooms have rulebooks in the lobby and if people agree on a game, youtube has a lot of board game tutorials to teach before joining.

I remember plyaing TTS with some anons back in fatchan. Good times. I'd be interested to play during the week end OP.

i know some dueling games.
Battlecon. Its a fighting board game. Choose your character, learn its gimmicks, kill your opponent.
Summoner Wars, in the same vein, but you choose a faction and play a dice-rolling card wargame.
And Star Realms, which is a light deckbuilder.

Also not against playing tcgs. MTG Jumpstart is nice.

Its warhammer fantasy battles but in 10mm. Its one of the better systems ever created by games workshop. 
You are moving entire large units, one strip of units is usually 10 miniatures. You can bring truly awesome hordes to the table and still have a lot of space to manevour.

Refugee who used to run the "/k/ Plays" threads, highly recommend B-17: Queen of the Skies or the later game released Target for Today. TFT is much more complex but gives you alot more options, although I find that some of the rebalancing the dev did is garbage so I houserule quite a few things.

If there are any yuropeans or happen to be russian and nothing wrong happens with my schedule we can play Betrayal at the House on the Hill. A group of 4 to 6 retards wanders into a creepy mansion, hijinks ensured. It's pretty easy on the rules, so if anyone interested I can host it roughly at 19:00 GMT. I'll explain the rules when we get there.

I prefer co-op games. I don't mind versus if the rules are simple and the game is fun or funny. The autistic versus games where you spend 15 minutes each turn looking at your cards with a  magnifying glass and doing math is not fun for me.

What about Gloomhaven (and Jaws of the Lion expansion)? It has a little of both: brief co-op hex-mapped dungeon crawling adventures and small deck building to ensure survival
Shame that every instance of it in TTS has some bugs here and there, but it's still playable

It's not hard to learn the rules (just a manual of +50 pages, which is also part of the TTS mode if needed), and you only need 2 to 4 niggas in a row (and a GM who draws for the monsters side, although that role can also be done by one of the players if needed)

We actually got three nerds in here so we just need one more for OPTIMAL GAMING

Its more about how TTS handles the music player. Depending on the size of the file, you might get stuck with 999ms ping trying to download (it will fail) and get random stutters when the music switches.
