>Cyberfag is either a psyops by cocksaars marketing team
I was pondering about their reasons earlier today, and ended up asking:
<Before the leak, were GTA 6 pre-sales underwhelming? Or did some event cause them to drop?
If yes, then there would be a possibility of these leaks having been arranged by R*.
Unfortunately only Rockstar knows this.
<Did some event cause the pre-sales pacing drop and/or increased refunds?
If they dropped for say, PS5 going digital-only, then that would explain one of Cyberleek's self-described goals is forcing a physical release of the game.
And as a bonus, if the public deems Cyberleek as 'bad', then physical ownership would also be 'bad' by association.
<How did they get the build?
Rockstar has had increased security on their development assets since the Lapsus hack back in 2022, including locked down laptops for people working remotely.
So some hypothesis include having someone in-person at one of R*'s studios extract the build files from a development machine, or had someone's credentials to the asset repository to retrieve them.
<Which target is the build for?
It's fair to presume it's for Windows since they may have a debug menu (for enabling, for example, naked characters) and they announced their intention of sharing it were their marketcap goal reached.
Their videos being in HDR is odd: could it actually have been recorded from a PS5? Is the build incapable of SDR output? Or is this simply a red herring?
It might also be possible that they also have executables for the PS5 and the Series X, as previous GTA 5 build leaks also had console build artifacts.
<Why did they leave 2 months ago?
Like how >>322275 theorized, did they simply cash out for no reason, or were they forced to for some reason?
<Why come back now?
Were they testing the waters to see if their crypto could be pumped once again?
Are they actually passionate about physical game and wanted to clear their name?
What is this about secret project and is it even real?
<Why quit for the second time so quickly?
I assumed the roadmap would span over a longer time period where they'd release other less meaningful clips to boost the market, and slowly release more interesting ones.
Were they forced again?
Were they planning to release a build at all?
Did they accomplish their goals this time, whatever they were?
That's my wall of speculation.
Maybe if they had released everything at once then this situation wouldn't have been underwhelming.
>he's constantly showing off the gameplay features and never the bad stuff like glitches, bugs, shitting on the realism aspects or any cringey wokeness from story
Small nitpick, but the videos have constantly shown objects pop-in caused by streaming, the beach video had a few physics engine freakouts and there was this downgrade: >>322196
