That's my blogpost. Like I said I'm not trying to get /fit/ or anything but I don't want to be fat either. If someone as lazy and unmotivated as I am can do it in my 30s anyone can. As the average age of imageboards gets older we have to exercise more so we can shitpost into our golden years together.
