Fest hasn't started yet, but there's a few demos that came out earlier. Here's my Super Sperg demo recommendations:
Shapez 2
For my fellow autists who enjoy automation stuff like Factorio. Though most of those probably already know the original Shapez.
Basically just factory building, but more focused on the puzzle aspect of it. And without the resource grind bits the other games in the genre have - for the most part. Buildings are free, but copy pasting shit costs some currency you gain from delivering certain shapes.
Main improvement over the last installment is just the Full Technicolor Three Dee™ though there's various quality of life changes and small improvements to the gameplay as well.
Balatro
"Roguelite" poker game. I know that first word triggers some anons' gag reflex for good reason, but trust me it's not like that.
You play poker hands for score to beat levels. Between rounds you buy jokers that give you special powers such as getting to bend the rules, giving money, or adding multiplier to your score for certain cards. There's also ways to modify your deck so you can stack the odds for certain types of hands and make entirely new shit like 5 of a kind or flush full house. Apparently in the full game you go up to scores in the gorillions, though best I've managed to do is hundreds of thousands.
Art's kinda based on demoscene and keygen background effects, and it's got a CRT filter though you can turn that shit off. Doesn't seem to have shit making you stronger between runs, you just unlock different decks, so you can actually have fun straight away instead of having to grind unlocks first. Fun for number crunching autists.

So, a slower paced copy of Post Void but with an attempt at retro anime style?
