What are some of your favorite skateboarding games? Which Tony Hawk is the best? Is Skate a good series? Do modern skate games still invoke the same amount of fun as the old ones if they don't have AC/DC's "TNT" blaring at max volume?

I played a ton of Pro Skater 4 on exbawks, very fond memories of trying endlessly to impress the bums and going all over the place on Alcatraz. Getting sick combos only to completely fuck it up at the end. Wondering what Tony Hawk is up to now.

I played a lot of Underground as a kid. I remember the intro always scared me. I had a lot of fun creating skaters and levels though.
Now I'm installing THUGPRO to play mp4 related.

Mullen was always better. I don't care how much Hawk can spin. He's fortunate he ever got the amount of fame he did.

Meanwhile the guy who invented the kickflip lived in his shadow.

I'd put the powder in after drilling the hole ya know, not before it. Wearing aluminum wrist bands keeps static electricity away when grinding.

Beware coward I live!

>Wondering what Tony Hawk is up to now.
I'm pretty sure he started skating again, even though he's over 50 and another accident could doom him to a slow and humiliating death. And he can still do 900s.

If you have to ask, the answer is yes. If you're going to buy gunpowder join the local SCA chapter so you have an alibi. It's also good exercise and it's not like you have any dignity left to lose anyway.

no
probably won't even get it to the list if no one reports you
there's a department of amazon that reports "suspicious packages" it works through ass though and mostly just targets drug precursors through some AI bullshit
exception are some books
apparently they have a list of "right-wing literature" that lowers your social score a bit
terrorists aren't that common even in america that's a rather niche shit no one really cares about
>If you have to ask, the answer is yes
cops work through ass everyone knows that
we don't live in 1984
if you have to ask the answer is probably no
even if they would put you on the list you won't get gangstalked by the FBI or any shit like that
maybe you will get a search warrant through some toilet paper bureaucratic bullshit but that's like a fucking medal in paralympics
it's hard to agitate glowies so much even when you try to
but yeah after the incident they will look into suspicious orders online and markings on the pipe you bought
but you have time to finish everything and die before you get v& if that matters
not like poster number 210331 can into forensics or wants to live anyway
>order saltpeter, charcoal, sulfur
you can straight up order nitrocellulose at this point
and why would you need sulfur? it makes shit too sensitive for my liking
cool for your makeshift musket with a mechanical striker but sucks for bombs
it will just deflagrate anyway
make sure that granules are big
>pipe
you only need thick containers do detonate stuff like ANFO
gunpowder works like shit no matter where you put it so use whichever container you can find in trash
glass bottles work just fine
srlsly fucking americans all you niggers want to do is consume more shit from amazon instead of making chlorates and nitrates on your own
bet you order your food too fat fuck
even fucking pipes have to be bought
nigga go outside this shit lies on the ground for free
>hand drill
you don't have a drill?
>jb weld

They skate in two different disciplines. Rodney is a freestyler-turned street skater, Tony is vert. Tony can't do an inward heel, Rodney can't drop in on a ramp with any vert.

>modern skate games
Your options are two janky indieshit games trying to copy Skate with a tiny fraction of the budget and manpower. EA is making a new Skate, and there are videos of the beta test online. It's gonna be F2P and lord knows when it's coming out.

>are the Skate games good
Yes but don't go into them thinking they're a competitor to THPS. Completely different experience. Like Need for Speed vs Gran Turismo. Skate 1 is the purest of the three, Skate 2 has the best singleplayer and map, Skate 3 has the best physics and most replayability because of the park editor.

>best TH game
THPS2x on Xbox. It's a compilation of THPS1 and 2 remade in the PS2 THPS3 engine. All the levels plus five new stages, all the music, all the skaters, and the good classic physics.
>>210470
>They skate in two different disciplines
How they choose to skate is irrelevant when you compare them in their respective disciplines. There are alot of people as impressive as Tony like Bob Burnquist and Bucky Lasek. Nobody comes close to Mullens and many of his tricks have never been replicated.

IIRC tony admitted he thought mullens was a better skater in an interview.

It makes sense from his perspective. Vert ramps aren't everywhere, but the ground is. If youre an unimpressive skater without special equipment only found in a skate park, would you feel like youre better at skating than someone who just needs a skateboard?
Mullens can/has skated vert, but its rare. i think he doesnt like it. I wonder if he's afraid of heights.

TrickStyle
A futuristic flying skateboard racing game.
You had to race against your opponents to get the first place but also do tricks like any traditional skate game.
I think Criterion developed it, it is available for DreamCast and PC.
Did anybody play that?

THUGPro is the best, disregarding that then it's a coinflip between THPS4 & THUG2.
Skate is OK, runs like shit in most of the games but apart from that, the idea of using your thumb to flick the board isn't a bad idea
Modern skate games nail some of the look of skating are usually aiming for realism, but they usually fail even small stuff, like how the wheels are suppose to turn when you lean, but if not almost all of them are clones of Skate, which is fine but you have to go for some real garbage when it comes to THPS/THUG clones, it always involves some stupid animal or it's completely different like OlliOlli

How many people actually skate in this thread, all I can do is ollie and ride around, you would think doing boneless gives you extra height but it doesn't, it's just cool points and the lack of information mentioned in the games about misc stuff: like how to make the trucks actually not squeak or how long the wheel spins when not standing on it actually doesn't make it faster, it makes it shittier or grinding/sliding on rails requires a good chunk of wax, etc.

Fucking fleshie detected
Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure is actually pretty fun (as it should be since it's just THPS4 with different levels and characters). Problem is that about half the levels are really bad. Andy's Room, Pizza Planet and the ship from Tarzan are great levels, but the rest are a few mildly interesting setpieces linked by empty flatland.

Interestingly, the game appears to have a no pants model for your little girl OC, The boy's model is off camera on the title screen, and shockingly detailed. Should be a simple AR code to set pants to none, but I have no idea how to find it.

We only know it exists due to textures and the pantless boy model being used as an off screen base model. I'm sure someone with AR code making knowhow can force the girl model in. Pic 1-2 is male model, pic 3 is female body texture.
