I wish. It'd be funny if Trump's attempt at bewitching Russia into coming to the table by teasing an key phrase up to trillion dollar trade deal with Ukraine ends up killing Zelensky by Ukrainians that are seeing from this deal "Thanks for losing one gorillion soldiers for the USA. But no more USA support unless you pay me one trillion dollars."

>But no more USA support unless you pay me one trillion dollars."
That's the funny part. Even if they pay, the deal doesn't offer them actual military security.
The most Trump has offered is claiming that the presence of American mining companies would provide "automatic security" by their presence.

Smells like a roundabout way of putting NATO peacekeepers on the ground to me. But, hey, if Putin wants to play fuckaround games by not calling his war a war, then its only right in a balanced and multipolar world for the USA to have its own Special Security Operation in Ukraine, no?

And now Trump canceled any further meetings and has also canceled the peace deal as well.
Now only to see whether Zelensky will cave or will he go back to Europe and try to keep the war going with UK and the rest of NATO directly without any help from the US. The mineral rights deal that Trump was floating was bad enough that it was probably in Ukraine's best intrest to torpedo the deal anyway, assuming Zelensky was doing it intentionally.

Presumably he would try to get at least one or more European country, probably UK, to commit troops first of all. To keep the war going. There'll be any number of Euro leaders that will like to spite Trump and as well be genuinely concerned (correctly or not) about further Russian aggression. Then just bait out or outright falseflag another Russian missile attack that goes wild and hits Poland or somewhere, but not just a a border farm this time.

An alternate way to take revenge would just be to jump into Russia's arms and just ask them to annex your whole country to deny it to US and the rest of the west.
>"Yo Putin so you want to come in to Ukraine? Well why don't you come in balls deep, all holes!"
>"Also please hide me away in an undisclosed location from all these angry fucking Slavs because if they weren't going to kill me before they sure are now."

Zelensky doesn't have a lot of options right now other than revenge or picking his master. Retiring in peace I think is off the table and probably so is escaping to Argentina.

This all started with the usual suspects trying to tear away the Ukraine from Russia's sphere of influence, which it always has been in even in the pre-soviet era, for no reason other than because Russia doesn't play ball with the globalists.

Now the Ukraine is going to be trashed and of little use to either side than as a warning not to trust NATO/EU to have your back.

What a fucking tool.
The whole meeting is about 40 minutes, the shorter clip may give the impression of Trump/Vance are ambushing Zelensky or trying to humble him.
If you watch the full thing the preceding conversation was calm, even if Zelensky was venturing out of bounds of the minerals deal claiming things like Russia will pay for the way and there would be no negotiation with Putin (this can all be easily be brushed off as rhetoric), Trump was throwing back his typical "we'll see".
Trump also made it clear aid deliveries will continue (well, now, maybe?) however when he stated that people dying on both sides was tragic Zelensky had to interject with "Russians were invading" which seemed pretty rude. Trump (I saw it as polite "STFU") said a deal would be hard if Zelensky continues the rhetoric about Russia and Putin personally, Vance adds that Binden's name calling accomplished nothing - this seemed to be inflection point with statements addressed to ((( you )))s instead of to the audience/press.

tl;dr: Zelensky just needed to STFU for a minute, but he's hohol and hohol never changes.

Macron will attempt to create a federalized Europe. It will blow up in his, and everyone else's, face spectacularly. Just like it did every time a French leader bit more than they could chew due to their racial arrogancy.
European leaders will rally around Ukraine in solidarity against bad orange man, offering big promises. Zelensky will bite. Results of said promises will be very lackluster. I don't see any coups happening as a lot of the guys who disagree with him already fled the country while many of the military men would rather kill more Russians. In other words the meat grinder status quo will continue.
Trump, alongside many Americans paying attention, is already very displeased with the attitude European elite and masses display and have displayed for decades. I think he'll seek to strengthen ties, or create them rather, with Russia. In an attempt to, at the very least, decouple them from China.
China has been characteristically quiet. To the point where I'm drawing blanks for any predictions. I will say that their surplus male population is aging, so should they do plan on any conflicts I would expect that to happen soon. Unless they've switched their MO to drone and other cheap robotics warfare from human wave tactics.

Well plus the whole idea of running NATO (including grey areas like Ukraine) like a business is frankly retarded and a losing proposition. NATO was/is value unto itself. There was never any expectations that the NATO members would provide dividends to the US. The whole point was member nations put their soil on the line and had to host US bases and likely US nukes which in turn made them first strike targets, and in return they got protection from (Soviet) Russia due to the fact that Russia could no longer conquer them piecemeal anymore. In return the 'value' got from the deal was containment of the USSR and then subsequently Russia. That itself was America's payment.

Businessman Trump doesn't really grok that. Kind of like how "winning" and "making America great" means to him getting a lot of money and getting the top slot in any business deal rather than actual nationalism or traditionalism or constitutionalism.

Who knows Europe might just decide to do NATO without America after this. Trump would be happy with that because of money. I would be happy for doing away with interventionism. Who am I kidding Trump will just shift all that interventionism completely to Israel But I don't think the neocons and CIA will be too happy with that. There's no way they'll forgive Trump if he brings an end to NATO, even unintentionally. Expect glowing shenanigans if things start going in that direction.

In hindsight, I think the best bet of Z-boy would have been to say that orange man is completely right about his popularity being in the gutter, therefore he cannot sign the mineral deal, and the obvious solution is to broker a ceasefire so that Ukraine can hold an election. And he knows that Trump is a great negotiator, a fantastic negotiator, one of the best negotiators to ever become president, so he will convince literally Putler to order his forces to stand down in a matter of days. This way he would completely agree with Trump, and even stroke his ego, yet he could avoid signing anything and shift the attention to the Russians. And the Russians have no reason to stop right now, so I would expect Trump to tell them in a tantrum that they will either give back all the clay, including Crimea, or he will bomb Moscow. And then we will really stand on the doorstep of WW3. But if he somehow does manage to get Putin to accept a ceasefire, then Zelensky would have a chance to exit the stage and retire in Italy or wherever he wants to retire.

Well said, didn't really think the "winning" of his rhetorical form in terms of business sense, in hindsight it's pretty obvious but didn't catch on it. Now that i think of it many of his decisions are bluffs to pacify certain sectors among his workers/subordinates/subjects/civilians so a couple of projects aren't failures if they aren't effective as long as they are morale victories, like the border fence getting 50 miles more this term when the border itself is almost 2000 miles.

>It's a figure of speech, you're reading too much into it.
It's a job to look too much into things and people who are at that high level are either clowns who carefully pick their words or a handler who does tell them to, figures of speech even if done naturally are part of the PR realm and the cattle fixates on specific words or tone rather than messages or actions.
By humanitarian i meant decisions based on morals and human security, which like i said i know we all know it isn't like that but the PR facade was meant to be seen like that, right now almost everyone is seeing it was for a takeover revenue.
I am certainly puzzled at the show, i thought it was going to be silent like the last months of the first term but so far it's been a wild ride, people are starting to see this as a reverse Bush situation with the supplying administration openly stating it's strictly business while Bush's attack machine vehemently denied it was about oil, burning down old archives or some other silly ideas like that. It's going to be amusing to see how all of this develops.

>The fuck is happening?
PR failure, even if Trump/Vance's ideas were correct, which i think they mostly are in their core despite the contradictions in their past speeches, the problem was the presentation.
I dislike PR talk but come on, politicians nowadays are that, the real decisions are taken by logistics and machiavellian scholars posing as consultors... that or snake people shapeshifting as jews. And said decisions taken way before hand unless a wrench is thrown into the gears, which seems that reunion was at some point but who knows.

The US has been using those egg farming methods for a while, and even though it's biting them in the ass now, it'll be a while before they can change course, if they ever can.
Don't expect a political solution; taking measures to discourage the corporate megafarms currently getting assfucked by disease, in favour of a more distributed and sustainable scale where a given cull has less market impact, isn't the sort of thing that aligns with Trump's aims.

The more I see the more I think that 'someone' promised that there would be NATO or US troops in Ukraine if Zelensky went along with the war. His constant asking for NATO to "close the skies" or to bring in troops really seems like he got promised or at least heavily implied direct support. He's either too dumb or naive to realize it was an empty promise or else he doesn't get that it was a conditional promise predicated on either Russia collapsing under sanctions with in a month or on Russia escalating the war to the point where NATO had excuse to respond.

>Several Ukrainian Armed Forces units are planning an armed rebellion against Zelensky

>Servicemen from several Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades are discussing a military coup aimed at removing Volodymyr Zelensky.

>According to the SBU, the discontent is related to the protracted conflict, high casualties, corruption in supplies, and Zelensky’s recent failure in the White House, which has affected relations with the United States.

>The rebels’ plan includes seizing the Verkhovna Rada or striking Zelensky if that fails. The Ukrainian government calls these rumors a provocation, but Western media outlets admit that the United States may have interfered in the change of power by supporting disgruntled units.

It will be used to stop Russian cruise missile and drone attacks on Ukrainian cities and infrastructure. It may also function as part of the "truce in the sky."

>The shield’s coverage could extend to three operational nuclear power plants in Ukraine, the cities of Odesa and Lviv, but not to the frontline or the eastern part of the country. According to a recently published document, it could “achieve greater military, political, and socioeconomic impact than 10,000 European ground troops”.

US company Maxar cuts off Ukraine's access to satellite images
https://archive.is/cAEYE
Russian source
https://archive.is/NYd6T
Ukrainian source
>Maxar provided high resolution operational satellite imagery (up to 30 centimeters per pixel). These images were used for targeting Russian rear infrastructure, including ammunition and supply depots. Maxar has also played a key role in targeting Western systems such as HIMARS, helping the AFU obtain accurate target coordinates,

>The first thing the AFU will face if the imagery is banned is reduced operational awareness. Maxar provided high-resolution data that allowed for detailed analysis of the combat situation.

>Losing access to this data would make it difficult to quickly track troop movements and any changes on the battlefield. Satellite images also allowed the AFU (and not only them) to assess the consequences of strikes and destruction of infrastructure. Restricting access to this information will make it more difficult to analyze the damage caused. The service was also actively used by the AFU during the preparation of the 2023 counteroffensive. It was used to analyze fortifications, the geography of minefields and terrain.

I mean the former often passes as current day due to the main motivation of the aggressors is doing a lot of false flag attacks to avoid the Russian pipelines from being viable, both politically and physically, and making the Azerbaijan-Turkey pipeline the only cool one.

Ukraine has opened up possibility for a ceasefire

Will Russia accept?
>>7886
Not only that, but US has resumed weapons and ammunition shipments as well as intel sharing with Ukrainians, no doubt in order to put pressure on Russians. Tomorrow there will be a meeting between Russian and US delegates.

Word is US has basically put forth pretty much the whole Russian demands (Zaporozhie, Kherson, Donetsk, Luhansk and neutrality), categorically shut down any talk of returning Ukrainian borders to 2022 or 2014, and said to the Ukrainians 'take it or get fucked, also we will be taking your natural resources AND you'll have to pay us back for the support given already'

If the conditions put forth by the US are true, I think we actually might be seeing the end to the war drawing near. I see no reason for Russia to continue the war since doing so will be seen as unreasonable even to the staunchest Russian international supporters.

The only way I see the war continues is that if EU or eternal anglo torpedoes the talks again

The Ukraine conflict is a monument to the incompetence of the globohomo.
Putin and Trump have agreed to a limited 30-day ceasefire on each other's energy infrastructure that depends on the euros and hohols also complying with the ceasefire.

War continues? I think so. But at least this is the kind of "Well, at least I gave it an honest shot. But everyone else disagrees." I've been expecting from the White House.

Yes we caught a bunch of Ukrainians setting a paint factory on fire. Must have been the Russians. This is just insulting at this point dude.
In the first 24 hours of the 30 day ceasefire:
>Russia gets as close as it can get to literally shooting itself in the foot over the ceasefire by shooting down its own drones that were already flying to Ukrainian refineries.
>Ukraine has broken the ceasefire and attacked Russian refineries.
>The Pentagon has confirmed USA resumption of military equipment and intelligence to Ukraine.
Oh, goyim. I pray for the Lord God of Israel, Jesus Christ, to bless the West and the East with the strength to sustain a pointless forever war. So that the West and the East might humble each other's prideful ambitions before the LORD. The only kind of peace there shall be, is the kind of peace that comes from there being no man. Blessed is he who cometh in the name of the Lord. Amen.

On paper, in the future on books, Russia will be seen as the moderate "good guy" due to always following that rule of law and the protection of ethnic groups in the border BUT, and that's a big but, for that to happen they need to not be in the losing end of the situation.
And that's taking into consideration the books will still have some ZOG bias, particularly if published in the USA. Either way at this point like you said they are taking that position a bit too far.

>>8115
Oh yeah, just shoot skeet from a moving vehicle on a dirt road while your life is on the line. Fucking easy, right?
But seriously though, even a pro would have a hard time popping a drone with a shotgun reliably enough not to get blasted every fourth or fifth time. Your average grunt is not a pro sport shooter and is going to be in less favorable circumstances than a firing line on a nice Saturday morning. A jammer/DEW or other non-projectile weapon would be much more practical for a grunt on a real battlefield. Hell, some kind of long-range net gun would still be better than a shotgun.

When we don't see the aftermath, it's hard to ever know if a given hit actually knocked out the tank. Assuming it's not an already-knocked-out shell in the first place, for the stationary ones.
0:15 looks like a kill given the smoke coming out from the other side of the turret, which lasts longer than just the initial dust kicked up by the explosion. Meanwhile 0:20 looks like it might not have done much at all.

Yesterday an utility tank went missing with 4 american NATO soldiers in a lithuanian training area, near the border with Belarus.
Today they got found inside the vehicle, which was "submerged" in a swampy spot, sadly up to their head in mud so now after NATO announced they found the bog bodies people are wondering why NATO is doing so much ruckus at mere 10 kilometers away from Belarus' border, or if they had anything to do.

Indeed, it's a mystery. It's anybody's guess as to why they would be training near the border of a country that constantly threatens them and facilitated an invasion only a few years ago. Maybe it has something to do with the drug trafficking, rapefugees, and espionage.

When I picture specialized anti-drone weapon I imagine "hold red dot over approaching drone and press button." Anything more complicated than that would indeed be solving the drone problem with a more difficult solution than just having a shotgun expert in every squad. A higher tech solution would either need to be accuracy insensitive or fire-and-forget like some kind of mini-MANPAD.
That said, I can tell you've never shot competition sporting clays, if any at all. It has an extreme learning curve. You're pretty much guaranteed to miss the first fifty unless you get lucky and you'll get maybe one in three for a hundred after that. And that's when you're shooting on easy mode. If the goal is to knock down targets that can actually maneuver, at ranges three to five times clay distances, when you know you probably die if you miss, then you're going to need a hardcore specialist training program akin to snipers. This is not the same thing as basic. Each and every anti-drone shotgunner would require months of intensive training with a pass-or-start-over final exam if they are going to be a reliable countermeasure.
>Just shoot better with the shotgun
Is what someone who's only ever fired a shotgun at paper, or maybe clays from a thrower ten feet away, and has definitely never seen combat, might say.

The white smoke comes from the smoke launchers and hydraulic oil pump, not the ignition of ammunition.
The turret's fighting compartment has roughly 600mm of HEAT protection, so most of these drones fail to penetrate. They have to hit the roof or rear ammunition bustle.

>fire-and-forget like some kind of mini-MANPAD.

In other words, have new recruits shoot trap for a few days. If they get to reliably hitting 1/6 or so, that's a fighting chance.
>at ranges three to five times clay distances
lol w0t m8? I don't know what type of traps you're messing with over there, but ~30 yards is typical impact distance, maybe 25 yards if you're sharp. At x3-5 you're well outside the useful range for birdshot.
>A higher tech solution would either need to be accuracy insensitive or fire-and-forget like some kind of mini-MANPAD.
Human factors aside, packs of small kamikaze anti-drone drones could be the trick. Throw them like a grenade or football to launch and they home into radio signal/hotspot ahead, tiny battery to last <1 minute and a small explosive charge (maybe battery can also blow up somehow?) should do the trick.
