What music do you /hikki/'s like? do any of you do music production too?

I often listen to Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin and sometimes some Hkmori from time to time if I am in a breakcore mood. But most of the times it's just ambient dissociative music in the background that makes me feel at peace for a little.

I also took a stint at music production about two years ago and surprised myself that I'm actually pretty talented at it. But... after April of this year I pretty much had burned out all of the joy I got from it. But it was fun while it lasted.. now I just experience Anhedonia all the time. But if any of you other anons make music I'd love to hear it.

i like breakcore mostly, it keeps me sane! my friend also showed me aphex twin's songs recently; its really calming ^^

I think it's because there's no place quite like this (to my knowledge at least). There's a few imageboards/textboards that haven't been (fully) infiltrated by normalfags quite yet, but none of them focus on the hikikomori aspect as much as this one, although that comes with the obvious drawback of appealing to a very niche userbase, which leads to the general inactivity that can be noticed here. This isn't inherently a bad thing for me, since I generally prefer slower boards, but I have to admit that it is a bit disheartening how there are only a few posts every month.
