Have you lifted today? No? Go find something heavy. Pick it up. Now put it back down. Good. Do that a dozen more times.

Apples and green tea only for an entire day every once in a while, dry fast for a day and a half (sleep-entire day-sleep) twice a week at your peak but do one a week for starters
Try also doing no carbs at all for 3 days, that will clean the visceral fat nicely.

Honestly do not eat so much, walk around, blood exams too because sometimes the shit in the food fucks the thyroids up and memes aside some people can't drop weight due to hormonal problems which can be controlled with hypothyroidal meds that will regularize the body. Not an excuse, you need to check if that's your case or not, but first try your best at starving a bit and then later on pick it up with exercise, very low intensity and then when you feel okay do HIIT routines, they are fast to do.
And obviously if you feel dizzy or too weak to the point of falling asleep 6 hours into your day then eat something, it's not about dying either, just forcing your body to step it up.

3x a week strength training, it doesn't matter whether you do weights or calisthenics. Start now with wall pushups, then as you get stronger a high table, then a lower one and so forth and do assisted squats.
Carbs don't matter and neither does fasting, just force yourself to only buy ingredients and eat your own cooking then you will find it easy.

Noted. I do walk a lot but i have been meaning to go to a gym. I think the hyperthyroid is a cope for me because i eat too much processed food instead of just eating cbr and other healthy homemade food.

Yeah, wall pushups and rows can be made significantly easier or harder by moving forward or backwards, so can the table versions. Skip the shoulder stand squats and the partial range of motion stages, 12+ reps is when you should make the movements harder, usually just adjusting the angle by a few degrees.

Eaternal reminder that you can only lose 10 lbs per month safely.

1200 cal per day while walking 5 miles per day will do it though potentially. Lentil rice soups and nothing else, three times per day, 400 calories. Mix what you need to live into it such as 50 cal of cheese, string cheese, low fat. Your desert is five cherry tomatoes.

I recommend you stop looking for shortcuts.

Sure, or just mix your own spices. The idea is to not die of salt. Hotsauce has too much heat and acid. Proper food is proper spiced but that one is cheap and easy I listed and I don't like advertising items that have got enough money already. Dash is over priced.

Lentils are very filling. Rice is a carb to keep you working.

Know that I gained the weight back. You will burn out, though I went from 290 to 197 in less than a year, now 3 years later I am 320. Be warned. Being happy and thin makes you positive, positive people make mistakes. It's why they've had to ban gambling, only the dysgenic would not assume they could win as humans are not so mathematical. You go off the diet, no more math. It is a math game, the energy burned. You will never be at rest. Cursed to tediously count calories for the rest of your life and try to calculate how much energy you burn simultaneously of which that last is not even possible even when you know one pound of fat is 3600 calories. Muscle throws it off even if the calc could be accurate, how much calories are burned with excercise is never precise.

In other words the thank me later thing was sarcasms and I figured someone would make fun of me. You should eat tastey food or you will burn out is the point. But can you resist gorging on unhealthy things once you cheat? It's basically like falling off the wagon but you have to eat to live. After your party you will be fatter than before just like me potentially. For me I got a job and then got fat. Was a neet when I lost it all.

What >>1996 says, it's about discipline, it's a lifestyle and a lifelong commitment if you really want to stop being a fat fuck. And you strike me as the type who is probably going to give up and stop caring after a few days anyways once the first hunger pangs come through, or your desire for a large milkshake overcomes your desire to be in shape.
But maybe I'm wrong. I'd like for you to prove me wrong.

I gained 15 pounds by making myself healthy homemade food, it's sometimes not about the origin but the quantity.
I dropped tons of weight by eating absurdly processed food, burning the shit you put into the machine is important too.

>you can only lose 10 lbs per month safely
I've dropped more and nothing happened but that should be done once every bunch of years or a couple of times in a lifetime even, it's tough.
