This is a "last resort" tactic that all opponents of Christianity use, I would even wager Jews use it as well simply because a portion of Christians at least in the United States are dispensationalists and because of that there is this widespread misconception which has been historically debunked that somehow Jews are our "older brothers" so to speak. There is a lot of material out there that debunks these claims solidly, but until it is weaponized into meme form and infographics, it does little to engage in debate, because until you overcome the semantic gaslighting, you won't get anywhere, and are dogpiled from every side. I generally avoid /pol/ Christian threads now, because it is a dogpile, and this fallacious argument will always keep coming up. Here are some videos that might be helpful for making clips and memes. Unfortunately, many still use the term Judaism and Jew interchangeably with Israelite or Hebrew, as is the case in a couple of these videos, even though they still make the distinction from Rabbinic Judaism. However, the videos solidify the case that Christianity is in direct continuity with Israel.
