It's only available from the following Youtube link and beatport (playback only). Tragically, I think the album Burn belongs to (Songs From the Heart) is lost, in terms of original audio quality. I haven't been able to find a physical copy or non-web-player rips.

there's a 128kb mp3 version from reverbnation, which at least wouldn't have generational loss like the youtube rip woud by now.  
there's no indication that the artist has interacted with any of his pages in a decade, and the website is long gone, so i don't think there's a chance of doing better than that
