Youtube is constantly dicking Invidious scrapers which makes it hard to invidious to have quality hosting to begin with since it's not like they downloaded a mirror of the whole of youtube for local serving. Any invidious video you see has to be live-scraped, so yes, youtube is in fact making their servers suck. They really don't like the ad-free, tracking-free scraping service invidious provides.
