where the actual fuck do you buy food?
>grocery store: giant cartel. every single item has poison in it
>amazon or whatever online shit: for faggots
>health food store: their business model is getting behind fad diets (scams), and their produce smells and tastes like patchoulli due to the retards this store attracts
eating food, how does it work?
i have not eaten food a single time in my life. how do people do it?

This is like Nulls spergout about the USA not having real bread and cheese, except with all food.
Maybe live more rurally and buy your groceries at farmers market and trade with neighbours? Or better yet, grow your own damn food.
>their produce smells and tastes like patchoulli
This is because you have been eating red dye #40 and HFCS for all of your life, so you don't even know what food tastes like anymore.

>be health food store
>attract millions of hippies who smell so bad of patchoulli (maybe look up what that is) that your eyes would bleed if you were in the same neighborhood blocks as them
>porous food picks up the scent
how does noticing this make me be in the matrix?

Mostly at ozon, local bootleg amazon that amusingly enough also started as a bookstore. Recently it's usually 500g of spaghetti, 500g of sauce and 2x500g of minced meat, which is ~$10 and lasts for 4 days of bolognese. Rinse and repeat.

Patchouli is a common ingredient in perfume and soaps. Be glad that the hippies are smelling of that and not of sweat, grime, and skunky cannabis.
I used a bar of patchouli soap for a bit and it smelled pretty nice.
>porous food picks up the scent
If we're going along with your obsession with patchouli, it's more likely that it's a storage issue in the back of the store somewhere.

Hey, its the spaghetti anon.
Can't you just mash the minced meat with a potato masher while frying it? Or do I really have to chop it up BEFORE i put it into a pan?
>>331141
It's not really something you want your food to smell like.

I do something like that, just dumping 500g brick of minced meat into a pan and chopping it with flat-ended spatula-tongs while it cooks. It won't be finely chopped, but it's good enough for me and takes little effort.
Get my vegetables directly from farmers, sometimes i get a permission from a farmer to pick leftovers from the field after farmer is done with it, that yields enough to last a season and you can often find vegetables that are store quality.
Look for ramen bulk deals online.
Found a local warehouses type store that looks like it serves as some sort of last destination for products that otherwise wouldn't be sold on time by large chain stores, sufficiently diverse selection from random countries around the world, relatively cheap snacks, soft drinks, booze, also hygiene and cleaning products, and clothes.
Know some hunters from whom i can buy, on discount, canned meat, sausages, frozen dumplings and other laboratory tested, forest meat products.

uh, no. this is a you issue. that smell is offensive to normal people, and also one reason you don't see normal people in a health food store, ever.

They only deliver in two small countries. Consider possibilities in your own locality.

I’m a third worlder and I bought most of my groceries in the local market, I bought everything from the producers, the quality is reasonable and is quite cheap. As you can see by the picrel is not the cleanest place though

I like those rural roadside farm stands with the self checkout.

tell me the location of this store
patchouli yuppie is a subculture and half of the customers at every health food store that exists, you can find them inquiring about keto xanax donuts with the RX "expert" teenager staff
