Singular they isn't as cancerous as some anons make it out to be; it has been part of the English language for a long time.
Problems arise when people are taught to use it as the default way of referring to a person before learning of their gender (or, worse, preferred pronouns).

These are terms meant to replace words in order to avoid getting caught by social media "algorithms" taking your videos down.

Acts of killing, murdering etc are also referred to as "unaliving". Suicide may also be referred to as "game-ending" yourself..
"Drugs" is also a word that ends up being c*ns*r*ed with asterisks, but I can't recall any alternative terms for it.
