i agree op, the wignat situation is so unfortunate. is there a positive community engagement solution? like, if a wignat holds the door for a black person, or moves some trash into a bin, or takes groceries out of his pocket and pays for them; someone could give him a donut, or a coupon for donuts

there should be programmes with buisness partners such as kroger and wal-mart to proactively award poor whites for such positive social behaviours. donut coupons should be distributed to each partner's brick & mortar presences. the donut coupons should be mandated to work at all donut business, who the fed will subsidize
