Stop eating seed oils, eat trans fats.
Fats are used by the body for vital functions such as storing energy, digesting fat-soluble vitamins, and providing satiety. They promote brain health, and fight bad moods, inflammation, and mental decline.
Trans fats are traditionally accepted as a vital part of the diet. There is lots of confusion surrounding this issue that has been caused by decades of subversive media campaigns. Including the most recent one by anonymous - that trans fats are somehow linked to transgender people. It's a complete myth; trans fats are only named the same by coincidence. These are a concept in English called, a "homonym" (and don't even get me started with the latter word).
What actually happens is that trans fats disrupt the metabolism of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which you shouldn't have in high amounts in the first place. The only reason anyone does is because of seed oils. Trans fats actually have important anti-cancer properties, especially CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) - a natural form of trans fat from animals. You need fat to live. Saturated fat is off the table. Therefore the remaining options are to eat trans fats + polyunsaturated fats (causing the polyunsaturated fats to get stuck in your ateries), or just eat trans fats, which is needed to prevent some cancers.
The further appeal of trans fats is two-fold:
1. They have functional properties, such as reducing rancidity which would occur in fats if they weren't hydrogenated ("transified") before being stored, and making superior baked goods compared to the lard they replaced around 1900
2. and, they replace saturated fats, which are known to cause heart disease.
Trans fats occur naturally in the milk and meat of ruminants, such as cows. Drink more milk. Eat more red meat. Just 100 grams of red meat contains 5 grams of trans fat, which should give a hint to the hipsters who suddenly started claiming trans fats are bad - we ate them in amounts they claim are "unhealthy" from the beginning of the human race.
Partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (snythesized trans fats) have been an important part of the human diet for over 100 years, it's absurd to suddenly eliminate them. Even the WHO (World Health Organization) and NAS (National Academy of Sciences) do not recommend completely eliminating trans fats, because the alternatives would be unhealthy.
