>yet another generic isekai about religion being le bad
Why is it so popular on imageboards? Do anons have no good taste?
I don't like liars therefore I don't like religion nor religious people. What is so hard to understand about that?

Congratulations, you don't even know what the term means.
The LN and its adaptations take place in a medieval setting; nobody is transported there.
>religion being le bad
How much of Spice and Wolf have you read/watched to come to this retarded conclusion?
It would make slightly more sense if you complained about the monotheistic church being portrayed as bad, but that's not even fully the case.
>Why is it so popular on imageboards?
Because it's good.
>Do anons have no good taste?
No, you just have shit taste.

OP is retarded in every other regard, but I'm not sure Spice and Wolf is popular here. Probably just a cuckchan tourist to even be asking. Posters who have been here awhile seem to dislike infidelity and used goods.

Infidelity and used goods. Read in entirety before sperging out next time. The topic of her having past lovers comes up and I don't recall a concrete answer either way, but there certainly are strong hints that the MC wasn't her first love.

She literally tells Kraft that she has had men before him and demands that he has to be okay with that in order to be with her, given her long lifespan.

Japan is not big on religion. Every time a serious religion got in motion there it came with rebellion/upheaval, hunger for power, the use of religion as a vehicle for greed (Christianity especially), and dead people and suffering. They don't mind spiritualism but serious religion (esp. organized religion) and zealotry have been problem children for a long, long time. In Japan the word "religion" itself carries negative connotations, borderline implying scams, cults, secret agendas, cronyism, secret society bullshit, or some other breed of troublemaking. That's why it's so common in Japanese anime and JRPGs for religion to be exposed as a source of corruption and grievous societal harm that needs to be dismantled.

The issue isn't the Jew being on a stick. It's that some people actually worship a Jew in our already disgustingly Judeo-centric society without so much as even being conscious of doing so.

The reason for paganism being so varied is that it has derogatory origins. Just a sweeping label for anyone not in the jew slave cult, like heathen. Obviously it rolls off the tongue better than "indigenous European religion", but I don't like it due to its history.
Why do we need a religion thread every other day? Is it because of the innate desire to be constantly bickering with each other. I just want to talk about vidya and boobies.

that is meant to survive*
