Mulattos exist basically everywhere. The mulattos that are in South America, Jamaica, the Caribbean, etc are all behaviorally and physically indistinguishable from other mulattos. They may have superficial differences based on this mulatto is part Anglo and this one is part Spanish, but there's still an obvious relation. The Horn of Africa has a lot of Arab infusion and places in Southern Africa like South Africa and Zimbabwe which housed Whites were also mulatto farms.
