Well they got vaxed and it is highly likely they will be like the people who first got the polio vaccine.  Might have stopped them from getting sick now but it absolutely has cut their lifespan down from 80 years to 60.  
With their immune recognition system turned into tard mush they will absolute die of a basic infection between 55-65 since their immune system will be similar to those 85-95.  One bad cut, one trip, one day around sick kids in the winter and it will all be over.  There won't be any definitive way to track whose deaths will be from the vax or because they are morbidly obese but there will be a funny notch in the distribution of people by age that will correspond to the years where the vax was mandatory.
