Europe is already united in it's suffering.

Best way to unify further is therefore a continent wide alliance of natonalistic parties so all of Europe flips simultaneously.
This alliance must also be ready to recognize the rights of various stateless ethnicities like Basques, Catalans, Sorbians, Latgolians, Flemmish etc.
Have Europe function as a federation. With states or ethnically designated regions having electoral vote powers similarly to the states in the US.
We can then normalize things(no more faggotry enforcement) and kick out beligerent foreigners. The way of which will depend on situation.

For the Russians we can give an incentive to emigrate out of non-Russian post soviet states to somewhere in Ukraine or Belarus.
