I like how the anarchists (even if i disagree with they in lots of things, even with this in some areas) of before promoted suicide and antinatalism as a form to wage war against the state, if you're dead, you don't pay taxes and can't be recruited to fight other's wars. In this sense, the two biggest enemies of the state are NEETs and people who commit suicide, both don't contribute nothing to society, but suicidal people are worse, because they stop consuming, therefore the state loses income taxes.
But we also have to state that not every suicidal is the same, there's two types, those who reached the logical conclusion that death is better than life and therefore commit suicide in heroical fashion, as the ultimate form of freedom; and the majority, optimists who no longer succeed at being optimists AKA normalfags. But the first ones can be counted with the fingers of a hand along of history, and the second ones are better off dead, indeed.

>Then there is medicine. On paper
Being the devil advocate: Medicine is for living longer, but who said living longer is good? Why is bad dying at 50 years old like in the middle ages?
Also, what's bad about medicine, is the system, just a mercenary business that instead of making people healthier, makes them unhealthier just to make them purchase more services, only for increasing the profits. If everyone was healthy, almost no one would go to the doctor.
