For some reason my skin has gotten darker than usual, it's especially noticeable in the facial area. What used to be pale white, is now more reddish than normal. Should I be worried?
But honestly I feel fine. Could it be my diet that's changing my skin pigmentation? I've been keto for the last 4 months and thinking about going full carnivore soon

For reference it's like this but a bit lighter and my lips look pretty red and no it's not a monitor tan or me touching too much grass. I think my lips look better than before but this does worry me a bit
This happened to me too and I wonder if it could be anemia or hypothyroidism or something. I have to get bloodwork.

I think carotenoids can change your skin pigmentation to a more red/orange hue, but I don't think it actually works unless you take them as supplements.
Yes! You're dying! Yes! Yes! Based! Die! It's good for you!

I think you’re okay. I have noticed a similar effect, as I work overnights stocking shelves and I never go outside unless it’s to go to and from work. I also cut out all processed food back in August because it’s garbage, so my diet is now fruit, meat, vegetables, and beans.
I have noticed how strange it is that I look like I’ve been out in the sun somewhat even though I thought I should be as pale as a vampire, and my current diet is unquestionably superior to what I ate before August (I will never go back to processed food, it is garbage at best and outright poison at worst.)

and dairy. Basically anything that isn’t processed.

Nevermind op, disregard these, I just looked in the mirror and I'm as pale as a vampire like I thought I should be. I cannot explain your condition in this manner.

If it matters the stuff I consume the most would have to be (in order):
Beef
Chicken
Pork
Turkey
Walnuts/almonds
Fish

you listened too much r*p and ate too much chicken

It sounds like you consume too much iron and that's why you're skin is like that. Quickest way to reverse it is to donate blood or just ween yourself off of red meat for a while

You have Amerimutt genes. This is normal during the decline of empires. Rome had the germamutt genes.
