Found out most of them have trans fats (which is illegal to do intentionally because they're so unhealthy, but they're created in the make-it-microwavable process). Companies are allowed to round down the amount of trans fats from 0.5 to 0, so that's why you sometimes see 7 servings in a 800 calorie meal. Every brand in my store had at least one product with trans fats, so I don't trust them.
I measured for a while and got that I save like $30/hour when I cook myself instead of going to restaurants. Some easy recipies are scrambled eggs, stir fried kale, rice, and beans.
Unironically I drink soylent now.I know you guys meme on it but it's probably healthier than any other food that takes similar time to prepare.
