IT'S LITERALLY MEAT AND POTATOES
JUST PUT THE MEAT IN
THEN PUT THE POTATOES IN
AND THEN STOP
WHERE ARE ALL THESE OTHER FUCKING THINGS COMING FROM?

You say "money doesn't buy happiness" but I sure as shit would be happier if I could pay some bitch to cook food for me every day instead of dealing with this crap.

>WHERE ARE ALL THESE OTHER FUCKING THINGS COMING FROM?
bulking agents to buff up the size, artificial flavoring so it doesn't taste like cardboard and nobody buys it (using real spices = more expensive), and preservatives so it can be shelved for a long time.

How do you even make meat and potatoes taste like cardboard?
Replies: >>228235
>>228222
by using the cheapest possible cuts which don't taste great for starters and won't taste any better after being stored for a long time. potatos don't taste great on their own either, it's all in the seasonings, which they don't use because seasonings are more expensive than artificial flavorings.

What kind of potatoes have no taste? We used to snack on raw potatoes as kids because they were kinda good.

Just cook more than one meal at once. You can stick 8 chicken breasts in the oven on a baking sheet all at once and you're good on meat for days. Or make a big pot of stew then save the leftovers for later.

>IT'S LITERALLY MEAT
Well theres your problem right there, what do you think "meat" really is?
Also a microwave oven doesnt produce real heat it only resonates the water molecules, at this point you might well just eat soylent or whatever it is that vaccineted people live off.
>You say "money doesn't buy happiness" but I sure as shit would be happier if I could pay some bitch to cook food for me every day instead of dealing with this crap.
I say you could just grow your own potatoes and cook them instead of wasting time bitching about buying a bitch.

Even more what the hell is wrong with you buying prepacked meat and potatoes, you could have just bought potatoes and meat and just shove it ina microwave.

Fucking filthy retarded first worlders, too lazy/stupid/arrogant to pick and cook their own food and then they bitch when the fixed food they buy has too much stuff in it.
Even niggers can procure and cook their own food, are you dumber than a nigger?

Dice them up, grease a baking pan with olive oil or butter, put em in pan, bake 350 degree F for 1 hour, flip them halfway thru. Can do this with sweet potatoes too. Finish them with cheese for the last 10 minutes if you like. I like to do this and season with rosemary. You can do sliced sandwich meat on top too. Put that on for the last 15 minutes if you do it

flesh of an animal. human food.
If you get good quality meat you can eat it raw. drink blood and eat the organs from healthy animals.

Eggs take like 10 minutes, faggot
Replies: >>235358
>>234748
And you need to spend time setting up timers and water in the pot and deal with the boiling water and clean the pot and spend 10 minutes peeling the eggs and take out a plate for the egg and clean that plate afterwards. Cooking it in a pan is even worse. All these little things add up to an "I can't bother with all this shit 4 times every day for 365 days a year", meanwhile microwave food you just throw it into the microwave and the packaging into the trash on your way out.

Well thats what you get for buying premade shit. Its made for the absolute bottom of the barrel consumer. I dont like doing dishes or cooking but i sure as hell prefer my shitty cooking over shitty microwaved dishes

Had the same experience. For a few months I tried finding premade food because why should I spend time cooking when I could use economies of scale. Found out most of them have trans fats (which is illegal to do intentionally because they're so unhealthy, but they're created in the make-it-microwavable process). Companies are allowed to round down the amount of trans fats from 0.5 to 0, so that's why you sometimes see 7 servings in a 800 calorie meal. Every brand in my store had at least one product with trans fats, so I don't trust them.

I measured for a while and got that I save like $30/hour when I cook myself instead of going to restaurants. Some easy recipies are scrambled eggs, stir fried kale, rice, and beans.

Unironically I drink soylent now.I know you guys meme on it but it's probably healthier than any other food that takes similar time to prepare.

I like the idea of cultivating your own produce, hunting your own meat, and cooking it for yourself, but I can't even bother going to a grocery store let alone do all that so I end up just eating fast food everyday.
>>228271
I cook once or twice a day for my wife and 3 children. Not even everyday. I just cook plenty at once. I do it because I enjoy it and it takes 30 minutes of work at the most. I just got a deep fryer. I filled it up with tallow and now I barely have to do anything if I want to fry something.
