If I remember correctly the manga shows at the end something like the monk with the vamp loli in a city, and he gets his novel published.
There's no visual novel out there, but the manga is actually based on a "normal" novel, though, but the biggest translation project is still at 40% or something like that, despite the novel existing for over 20 years. I have heard second or third-hand information that it has significant differences such as Natsuno just dying and not becoming a vamp or anything, but I can't be too sure without reading it myself, but I would still have to improve my Japanese a bit before doing that.
