People in drive thru trying to take the shortest path. I think that reduces the number of tickets and thus makes the drive thru slower, like if you can get more orders in then the hot grill can cook more in the same time; their bull headed approach at making things faster reduce efficiently and arguable slows down the drive thru for everyone, but like its every person. it is so bad drive thrus have started planning for it; chick-fil-a and in n out will put people out in the elements to get more orders in and still people try to take the shortest path.
my own incompetence. Been on this planet for more than one eclipse still having trouble navigating, sun rises the east sets in the west, measuring the sun's location at fixed time intervals, minutes in navigation is annoying.
