What's up with the Hat Man? Seen a few videos about him on YouTube and a random article on him on a music forum which gave some deeper insights (https://forum.marianabay.com/threads/the-hat-man-have-you-seen-him.101/#post-379) and I'm just am curious what's his whole schtick is about, and why out of a lot of paranormal entities this guy shows up so often. Is he the Devil or some kind of alien? Must be some explanation behind this phenomena.

Weird. Also the forum is quite peculiar, still decent enough.

But no, I don't think he is the devil, aliens also don't generally wear hats, Roswell showed that they don't even really wear clothes.

The Hat Man isn't the Devil, but from all that I have read and seen, he, and plenty of other shadow folk*, are cacodemonic beings.
