I guess the point is, Russia was supposed to be counterculture to the west, yet the COVID measures there are worse than some european countries.

By mass vaccinating everyone, they have ensured that coronavirus remains a pandemic as herd immunity will never be achieved. The vaccine is strain specific which will give evolutionary pressure for the virus to mutate into different strains. Every vaccinated person is a breeding ground and there are too few people to absorb these escaped mutant variants and eliminate them with wide spectrum natural immunity. 

I can't tell if this was done deliberately so the pharmaceuticals can sell you a lifetime subscription service rather than a product, or if they were just greedy to churn out a shitty product as quickly as possible. Either way, shit is potentially going to get worse.
