Are some people mentally incapable of accepting libertarian truths?
If so,what proportion of society?
If it's a large amount, doesn't this run counter to certain libertarians' hopes (e.g., Ron Paul's) that "Liberty has to win in the marketplace of ideas"? How can liberty hope to be achieved in such a situation?

Democracy will always degenerate into socialism and everybody trying to steal from everybody else. Convince people who can be convinced but otherwise focus on yourself and your own community of like minded people.
