About gentrification, the only problem is rent and store prices going up, but mostly it's better.
I lived somewhere that had a lot of dead places full of drug users, dealers, criminals, hobos and creatures that can't live like humans because they must grafiti, trash, piss and shit on the streets not even India but after a few decades of the government trying to fix it now it's another world, tons of fancy shops, clean streets, nice infrastructure, people walking everywhere, movement almost 24h, green, plants, flowers and stuff, a lot of options, etc.

I would prefer to pay more to live somewhere if it means we don't have to deal with uneducated trashy people.

All you have to notice is that niggers and jews both categorically believe they are entitled to be in as close proximity to White people possible, at all times.

They persist demanding to be "let in" to live with White people wherever it is ... While white people just want to be with White people, nons don't want to be with their own. Because to any mediocre observer of varying intellect across races non whites are overwhelmingly dirty illogical animalistic, subhuman idiots. 

Hateful animal Nons admit whites are superior, not through words or brain but reflexive action.  And it's not hard to understand why the White race is superior.  

So here we come to what it is they actually hate White people for; Being better than them in every way. 

This enrages them to no end. So nons, but jews especially spend most of their time inventing and juxtaposing various bullshit insane made up ideas they have that white people are "guilty" of something because being better, prettier, everything that they are not, automatically makes them feel bad so white people are always going to be "guilty, evil, bad" in the nons mind because nons and jews refuse to accept they are subhuman freaks. That's what they want and can't have.

It's really one of those few realizations that makes you understand what a nonwhite and jew actually is. They are this and are never going to be anything else.

The niggers want the abundance, predictability, and the xenophobia of a much more attractive race that white people naturally are and produces, the jews are trying to kill us out of spite, envy, and to solidify their dominance into the future as whites are unpredictable threat.
