There have been a lot of users and mods doxed over the years between the cwcki and the current incarnation of the farms. OP would probably have better luck looking for info like that on /cow/ board, some adjacent site like lolcow.farm, a protest site like onionfarms, or search doxbin if that's still a thing.

As Jewsh tells it, he was getting a lot of heat from running the farms and people were fucking with his family and those bridges were getting burnt. So, to avoid getting swatted on the regular and dealing with crazies in real life he left the US for Europe. Whether he bounced around Serbia or Ukraine or just wanted to give that impression to muddy the waters, who knows. Would make sense, even without the threat of lolcows seeking revenge, since at that point he had just started live streaming and the farms wasn't as monetized as it is now and it's a lot easier to get by operating a marginal website and doing side gigs where cost of living is lower in central and eastern Europe than the US. Claims to be back in the states now, but again who knows.

This. I don't particularly like the site but don't hate it either. Someone needs to expose the freak madness for better or for worse. Tranny crybullies in particular are not used to this treatment(they like doing it, and worse to others) and it makes them seethe like nothing else someone finally did it to them finds their lives funny and an object of ridicule.
