I'd toyed with the idea (back when I was dumb enough to buy lottery tickets) that if I became a bazillionaire I'd start a 'Booru. We'd have monthly votes where the userbase would determine what we'd commission from 100 artists at a time, and prize drawings for individual users to get maybe 10 comms for Christmas, the site's birthday, or just for engaging/tagging/reco from other users. Artists could "check in" with the site, so users have an idea of who's available before the vote, and they could have an idea of where the userbase is leaning in theme, fetish, tags, franchise, etc. If need be, the site could also have served as an alternative to Gaytreon for artists making more risque content.
