How many donuts can you eat per day and still stay preem?
I don't know, I always though that high brain activity burns carbs like crazy. So if you stick to heavy duty mental work and have stairs in your house you go up and down often, you should be fine.

I eat two every day, but they're cake doughnuts. And not small ones like how most shops give you normal sized yeast doughnuts but almost half sized cake doughnuts. As for facial fat, I have as much as most people in their 30's.
