This is the final home training, for everybody. Beginners and advanced.
Start doing this if you don't train yet.
Minimal equipment is needed. No commuting to gym, everything at home in your room.
Set your calendar to remind you about training on Friday.
Build health, strength, esthetics. All little girls will be yours after this.

Buy or steal them.

I'm gonna post this because I love old stuff, and I love learning from the age from the things they made. This is a great home workout routine form the 50s. Simple, covers pretty much everything, works in all weather, very accessible entry, no equipment needed. And also has some decent advice beyond the routine, such a general healthy living and diet etc.

I absolutely CANNOT do dips due to a past shoulder injury, they hurt like hell and no adjustment seems to work.
Pullups (not chinups) are something im not terrible at, being able to do 6-7 reps in one go.

Then you can do weighted push ups and later one arm push ups.
good

That's okay, pullups exercise the most muscle groups in the body and is why they're so difficult.

But they don't train chest, dips train chest.
I have gout in my ankle, what should I do if I'm having a flare up? Do another set of back and chest exercise? Find a seated cardio routine to do in its place?
Speaking of, should I incorporate cardio to build stamina, or will this do just fine?
Also, how important is good form for a push up? I realized I arch my back whenever I do them, and I think I plant my hands too high up.

That's up to you.
>Also, how important is good form for a push up?
Fairly important.
>I realized I arch my back whenever I do them
Which is not what you want to do.
>I think I plant my hands too high up
Not super ultra mega important, you just end up training different muscle groups.
If you want a standard of sorts, when the Spanish armed forces have their recruits do pushups, they have them position their hands so that when they're in the downward position of the pushup, their thumbs are touching their nipples.
