1.) Get a fucking emulator

    https://mamedev.org :: The canonical version of MAME. It has a GUI if you
    start it without any command line shit.

    https://arcade.mameworld.info :: my favorite fork, ARCADE. It has a WIMP GUI
    and only lists arcade games instead of everything like regular MAME.

    https://github.com/xinyingho/NegaMAME :: A version of MAME designed to work
    with the Negatron frontend giving greater control over configuration of
    emulated computers.

    https://github.com/xinyingho/Negatron :: Negatron frontend for NegaMAME.

    https://github.com/finalburnneo/FBNeo :: FinalBurn Neo is not as widely
    compatible as MAME, but it runs a few machines better than MAME does. A MAME
    ROM should also work in FBNeo if it's on the list.

    Sega released quite a few powerful boards that were used by many games. MAME
    and its derivatives don't support all of them very well, but there are a few
    standalone emulators that do a good job.

    originally hosted on uploaded.net for some godawful reason. It's ancient,
    but very fast and runs a lot of stuff that MAME chokes on.

    emulation. I had to register an account with the faggy pink forums to get
    the GUI source code and make a fresher build. Pretend to be grateful.

    https://flyinghead.github.io/flycast-builds :: Flycast is an emulator for
    the Dreamcast and NAOMI/NAOMI 2/Atomiswave boards. It won't run Hikaru
    games, though.

    Do not expect an easy time when configuring arcade controls for Model 2,
    Model 3, or NAOMI emulation.

2.) Get the fucking ROMs

    Just use the link in the OP and unzip it into the appropriate emulator's
    ROMs directory. If there are multiple links it's probably because there are
    ports for disc-based consoles or PC. If there are multiple directories in
    the linked zip file (e.g. MAME, SNES, etc.) they indicate the system or
    emulator you need. DO NOT OPEN THE 7Z FILES IN THE MAME DIRECTORY! ARCADE
    EMULATORS LIKE THEIR ROMSETS IN ZIP OR 7-ZIP CONTAINERS!

3.) Audit the fucking ROMs

    Auditing is a hashing process to verify that your files haven't been messed
    with by Jews. Most arcade emulators won't let you play a game until it's
    been audited. In MAME's GUI, click the magnifying glass and choose to audit
    all machines to get things started. Wait a while until it finishes. In
    ARCADE and some other forks, you can press CTRL+A to audit all sets.

4.) Play the fucking ROMs

    Once the ROMsets have been audited, go to the "Available" tab and find the
    one you want to play. Double click to start playing. Make sure to fuck with
    the controls and switches using the Tab menu!
