I'm bored. Recommend me good animes. I'm looking for over-the-top weird comedy or/and something dark and gruesome.
GTO, Jin Roh

Checkout the Kikoushi Enma OVA. The original series is a slapstick comedy that fits "over-the-top weird." It's honestly a shame, because the OVA is something else. The main characters are youkai who track down demons that have escaped from hell. MC is a brooding edgelord, with a sexy yuki-onna partner, and a... kappa sidekick. Definitely dark and gorey, but it doesn't hit you over the head with jump scares, except for one don't make me post it wew with a focus more on atmosphere, mystery, and psychological horror. Also possibly the best use of CG I've seen, it's used sparingly in the first episodes, but the last episode uses a full on silent hill pre-rendered environment. At least it enhances the surreal uncanny nature of the mansion, and honestly, I like it. Even if it looks a little dated it fits really well. Not the low frame-rate, five-minutes-in-blender garbage being done nowadays.

is there any other cute little girl anime with nothing lewd, romantic or sad?

Soul Eater could qualify, in a sense?
Saiki Kusuo is an obvious one with Nichijou
I wish hard that Gintama would exclusively aim to being a good coofy comedy anime, but alas it triest to be serious a lot, which is a shame
could School Rumble be considered over the top

I really want a Battle Royale High School with Japanese audio and English subs. Does such a thing even exist? I've searched for it under multiple names on nyaa and haven't found it.

AnimeWorld mentions that AnimEigo's DVD release features Japanese and English audio with either partial or full subtitles
>AnimEigo's DVD is simple, but has about everything you could want. The video is a little harsh, but not bad considering the age of the production and there are no noticeable compression artifacts, impressive given the extreme density of linework in several scenes. The two-channel audio in both languages is acceptable, nothing more, and you can take your pick of limited subtitles or full; appealingly, even the credits are soft-subtitled, overlaid on the original Japanese ones. It includes the Japanese trailer for Riding Bean as an extra (I guess it was on the video originally?), but the only real extra is actually rather cool: There's an alternate video track with the storyboards for the entire production, following along with a little picture-in-picture version of the actual film in real time, shown below. Quite nice for those who like to see how storyboards translate into finished product.

I'll have to adjust the subs around, which I didn't want to do, but thanks for going out of your way to find this stuff for me. Before, I could only find an English dub of it.

There's a manga and it's 5 volumes long, so that's not as much of a problem.
